Glaskin’s Perpetual is perfect for late season harvesting due to its low concentration of oxalic acid. You’ll be able to enjoy the fruits of your labor well into the summer! The stems of Rhubarb are used for pies, sauces, jams, and wine. Harvest second year from transplant and cut seed stalks to prolong harvest. Warning: foliage is poisonous.
